Bike tube.... took my 5 times the first time and ever since I'm still on the same one. Pretty easy after you figure out the no lube and slowly make sure the tube is coming out. Bead blaster is easiest though

the red bar in the front is 1 5/8 .120 wall Dom pipe like you would use for a cage its there so that something is there behind the fibreglass bumper to protect my stuff at least a little bit.
