Re: ae86 rca
You will need to loop the power steering lines to run the NST spacer on the power steering rack.

Re: S chassis front lower control arms on AE86
Yeah, I got a friend with S13 front stuff on his 1UZ powered Corolla, and he has enough a ton of angle. lol. Then again, I have a bunch of friends with manual racks with tons of lock as well. I just want a wider front track without me having to throw away some coilovers I worked hard on making to ru...

Re: S chassis front lower control arms on AE86
Well, let's see if I can make it work. I will just need to borrow someone's S14 FLCA and see if the ball joint bolt goes through the AE86 knuckle. If it doesn't, then drill the knuckle mounting hole until it goes through. lol.

Re: S chassis front lower control arms on AE86
If the S13-15 ball joint pinion slips into the AE86 steering knuckle and the S chassis' spindle mounting holes line up with the AE86 steering knuckle's it "might". There's a possibility this combination (if it works) may kink the outer tie rods forward or backward. I'm not trying to use the S chass...

S chassis front lower control arms on AE86
I know of people using the S chassis (S13, S14, S15) lower control arms to use the S chassis coilover options, but what I want to know is if I can use the knuckle from the AE86 onto the S chassis LCA. I'm not worried about about the tension rod holes lining up, because I can always shut those, and d...

Re: rx-7 toyota swap
Just do a 1JZ. The 4AG isn't going to solve the torque issue, and the 3TC makes good torque (for a 4 cylinder, that is), but it wont be as cost effective as the 1JZ.

Re: I thought I'd share a few of my own progress.
Haha I ran cut mustang springs on mine for the longest time. Loved it! The reason I chose the Mustang springs and stock Camaro shocks is because when I upgrade to more power, I will need more grip, and from what I've seen in most AE86 coilovers in the market, they are way too stiff for competitive ...

Re: I thought I'd share a few of my own progress.
It gladdens the heart to see enthusiasts take an initiative with their ingenuity or available known methods. It's a growing process for each individual. It's like have a window gradually opened to you to a great view - eye opening with every inch that's being revealed. Well, I'm not going to sit he...

Not much to be seen, but I just installed the suspension on my car last Saturday, so I thought I'd show you guys. So, it used to look like this... http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/541355_464150083624061_1113497641_n.jpg And now it's more like this... http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-a...
