one of two reasons to the pie/miter cuts. #1 trying to keep wills cost to a minimum by using straight pipe rather then spending a ass ton of money on 304lss 3" bends, also for the amount of space to mount a 3inch down pipe is very hard to do. so miter cuts for the win! thanks for tha comments!

i would suggest some padding on it though. when i had it in my car it was... cold
