Hey Everyone,
Name is Jason. Just moved to the DFW area from Lubbock, TX. New to this forum. I have been on here many times but just never had the time to register. I am on my 7th ae86 chassis. I currently drive an 1986 GTS coupe with redtop 4age (map version). Have attended many of the UpShiftVideos track day events with my various cars throughout the past year. I have owned many vehicles in my day (age 24 and am on my 26th car (no wrecks either lol)). Many higher horsepower builds i have done but i can honestly say that my go to car and what i always find myself owning at all times is the ae86. I always have just had the most fun and love that fact that it really is a true driving experience. Having just moved here i dont really know anyone else in the 86 community here in the DFW area but would love to get together with some of yall sometime. I live in Plano but work in Uptown dallas. I work at a European automotive shop full-time as a technician and i can say that working here makes me love the 86 chassis even that much more. It being so straight-forward and simple without all these modules and electronic bull**** that they are putting on these cars nowadays makes you really appreciate being able to just get in and enjoy the 86. Hope to be proactive on these forums and if anyone needs anything please feel free to contact me. Just like alot of these members on here I can chime in with a plethora of knowledge and have made many contacts over the years.
~Jason
