Hey ppl Im corey I just moved back to Houston. Last lived here in 1994. I moved to cali in 1995 and then moved to Japan in 1996. I stayed there till 2008. 2008-09 was in LA. and 2009 to now Im back in H-Town. While I was in Japan I bought my first AE86 in 1997. since then I owned around 2o ae86 in japan. With EVERY engine combo you can think of. Just before returning to USA I broke down my AE86 and mailed everything off to here. All wires, body panels, interior, steering components, well every ting but the actual body. I cut the fire wall out there and found a donor car here in the USA. Im about 90% done with everything so if ya Houston ppl have some place to get it inspected EASY let me know. Engine is AE92 4agze with ae111ITB's with turbo. And its on a stand alone micro tech ECU. Its already done. Check my myspace if ya want pics. I need to update. All I need to get it really on the road is make my seat rails and wire up the lights. Or just not drive at night lol.
yep put plastic all over the open ends and painted it inside. My friend owned the place so I used his air and he let me do it there. I know kinda odd place to paint but it worked. Im on a budget damn it haha.
