FNG

Post by JDMwhiteboy »

Hey Guys, Just found out about this site from a buddy, I like it so far. Well this is my first corolla, Its an 85 SR5 coupe. I found it in a field just south of Fort Worth where it had been sitting for two years. The damn thing started right up! 600 bucks later I had my own AE86. Its my DD to work and school for now, but I have a 4A-GE red top in my garage that i am building for it. I am still very new to the toyota scene, I used to own a S13 hatch, but I am trying to pick things up quick. So far I bought VTX bumbers, baby supra rims, and saving for paint. So like my 240 shes the ever so popular ongoing project car. lol Oh yes and her name is Molly.

welcome! there are quite a few of us in the DFW area, and the group seems to be growing pretty nicely.

we're looking to hold a state wide ae86 meet in April, so hopefully your car will be ready by then. check out the thread in one of the forums here (dont remember which one)

FNG number two here... I'm the one JDMwhiteboy quoted in his sig. I have 3 Corollas. 1982 Hatch 3TC, 1985 GTS coupe, and a 1987 GTS coupe. I live in Garland and work in Carrollton. And you can thank me for converting this former Nissan guy to the Darkside that is Toyota!!
