Hey guys, I'm a new member who just got his hands on a 1985 Toyota Corolla GT-S/Sprinter Trueno.
It's a coupe, and body-wise, is in great shape.

I was just wondering if anyone here could tell me what it's worth, and what I ought to do with it.
Thanks, Zach.

Well I've got a buddy who'll give me $800 but I don't wanna offer him a steal. If it's worth far more, I'd much rather sell it elsewhere.

welcome to 86garage. as daveskates mentioned, it's not worth much according to KBB; $550-$650 in excellent condition with all the amenities IIRC.

if it's in GOOD running condition, and the exterior is in very good to excellent condition, it can easily fetch $2000 to $2500 from an enthusiast. but he's a buddy so may be you should keep that in mind. it's better to depreciate an item for sale than a friendship.

Yeah, the tranny's in rough shape so maybe I should see what it'll cost me to replace that then go from there.
