Hello 86 garage

Post by Tatsumaru »

Hi I'm Eric. I'm new to 86 garage and have just purchased an AE86. Its realization of a 8 year long dream. I've wanted one since high school and it took a while but I've finally got one. The chassis of mine was kinda destroyed by one of the previous owners but its fast and heavily modded so I'm hoping to swap everything over to a new shell. Once I do I'll set to mastering driving and drifting the car. I've been driving 240sxs for a long time and have been drifting even longer. I'm hoping, with the 86, to improve my skills and relieve the boredom I was facing with my 240. Thanks to everyone who reads this and wish me luck. :D

driving a modded 86 should definitely help with the driving coming from a guy who learned in a 240 and then jumped into a 2cylinder 86 lol

what's done to the car btw? pics?

welcome to the garage man and i hope you enjoy your stay.... i know you will

Welcome to 86G Eric. You should be able to greatly increase your driving skills in the 86's shorter wheel base. A great example is Mad Brad in his burgundy coupe. Again, welcome.

Do you stay in texas? If you're drifting, it'd be cool to see you at some of the events
There are no spare parts, only unfinished projects.
