Howdy y'all

Wanted to introduce myself. Call me wulfboy or just wulf, and I own a 1989 ae92 Corolla SR5. I found the car in Illinois after moving to St Louis Mo a few years ago to be regional window tint manager for Custom Sounds. It was originally a California car so had very little rust. Shortly before moving back to the Austin area (Kyle to be specific) I bought an 89 GTS parts car and changed over all the aesthetic stuff to make it look like a GTS (interior, body kit, etc.) and have the GTS motor/trans, ECU and harness sitting in my garage waiting to possibly get rebuilt and installed. The carbed motor currently in the car is having 'issues' and I'm having problems finding someone locally that will work on it.
Sadly, I had to buy other transportation and park the corolla until my finances will allow me to start playing with it again. On the plus side the alternate transportation is an '03 Tundra.
I was pretty excited to find this forum, hoping that I will make some local connections that can steer me in the right direction to get things done. Looking forward to getting to know you folks and help keep the ae 86/92 alive.

Really? I'll have to be on the lookout. Maybe we can meet sometime, I'd love to see your cars.(and pick your brain for a good local person who might want to rebuild an engine ;) )
