Hello from the UK!

Hello all!
I am new on here but have been a member of Club4ag.com, aeu86.org and eight-six.co.uk for some time.
I bought my 86 5 years ago while living in Japan. I wanted something Japanese, RWD and without a turbo. It was pretty much the only choice as no one wants to own an NA S13/14/15!
I enjoyed driving around Kanagawa region of Japan - up to 5th station of Mt.Fuji, over the mountains and country roads around Fuji Speedway, Skyline roads around Hakone... it was great fun!
When the car came to the UK it would not pass an MOT (required to register in the UK) due to emissions - tuned out the guy that "tunned" the engine in Japan didn't have a clue and set it up wrong. Anyway, I decided on a 20v conversion and had it install by my friends at http://www.elitetech.co.uk.
I've also gone from J-spec rock hard suspension to lowering springs with Bilsteins. I am now enjoying my 86 on UK roads!
I'm not much of a poster on forums but if I have something useful or interesting I'll stick something up.
Bye for now
Ozone.
