How to set up basic knob/button operated LED light?

Ikea has nice waterproof strip LEDs, not sure if they require 120 though. A simple battery, switch, and an led wired in series would work just fine though, just make sure the led can handle whatever kind of battery you pick for it. You would need a resistor possibly depending on how big of a battery you pick ad how many LEDs You use.
