Hi Everyone,

my names Bruce, I'm from New Zealand and i've been building a ke70 sedan with a 4agze going into it and full AE86 running gear.

i got led to this forum from google searching for a replacement AE86 left hand front strut as the one i had purchased and went to install i've just found out it's bent.

once i'm allowed into more than just the introductions page i look forward to checking out some of your projects and builds and getting some idea's for mine and also sharing my build and pics of what i've done so far.

this is my project below:

i'm after a left hand side ae86 front strut if anyone could spare one? happy to pay postage etc.
i've been assembling the ae86 suspension and found that my left struts spring seat and also the strut tube is bent.

wow you dont see many cars that old look so good you have a good looking project. is it a driving project? im trying to keep my ae86 a driver but man its tough to get parts some times welcome stay a while enjoy lots of cool guys here

it was a driving project, i drove it for about 3 months until it got stolen but we recovered it a week later with only a broken ignition barrel and a smashed rear quarter window.
Once i got it back i pulled it off the road to convert it to the 4agze.

all going well it shouldn't be long now till shes finished and then it will be my daily driver again

i bought a little 1.3L ford in the mean time lol.

Great looking car their Bruce. I'm sure we're all here interested in how the GZE conversion comes out.
