I'm from Louisiana, so the "scene" isn't that large here. From the beginning I have been into sports cars, some of my earliest memories are riding in my moms TR6 as a child.
Currently I've got two AE86's. One is a project that was found in the middle of a field burried in pine straw. The other is an imported 1985 Trueno Sprinter. When I got the car it was more of a black limited replica, but I pulled the black limited stickers. It still has the black limited climate control cover (cracked).
The car now has a converted R134a system that blows nice and cold. I changed out the Koshimisu catback for something a bit tammer, HKS Sport. The old beat up Recaro was changed to a Bride Digo II, the personal wheel swapped to a nardi, apexi intake instead of a greddy foam pod, bi-xenon retrofits, exedy stage 2 clutch, f1 flywheel, 20% tint, and maintenance items here and there.
The Trueno and my 2001 Honda Prelude serve as my daily cars. I've got an 05 Subaru STI that I use for SM class in SCCA Solo and my wife drives an 08 Forester XT.
