ae82 owner here. I have 2 of them.

Post by drtool »

Hi yall. Anything to do with the 4ag I want in on. Love to pick up on a AE86 some day till then the 82's will keep me busy. I did some racing with a Alfa spyder back in the day. One fx I have has a blown turbo in it so Iam looking foward to that. I want to power it with propane...Humm. Bought my first car at age 13,a 1947 Dodge restored it in my dads garage drove it all during high school never broke once. That's what I love about the 4ag rock solid and 20 more HP then the Dodge and 1800 pounds less. Later Wayne
87 FX16 (AE82) bought new now 350,000 and going strong.

Thanks all of you great site. Jonas will try to make it out on the 22. I'am restoring the fx16 right now. The front windshield all the interior is out some real rust problems. Don Mcgill Toyota replaced my back rear hatch glass. Well they did not bother to tell me they wrecked my car rear qt panel What should have been a quick sanding turned into a lot of body work to fix All the rust from them just packing the area with bondo. I guess $2 dollars with of seam sealer was too expensive for them. Take it too dealer one time and what do you get?GUINNESS NEED MORE. Wayne

I've got (When new, in progress right now, no scaner so the when new might be tricky) Thinking of putting BMW head lights in and if I do that would be an extra month of work. I drove a M3 at night and I could see soooo much better. I like the updated look too.

I've been trying to upload pics for the last hour .I'am sooo computer DUMB . We just finished putting a 06 Solara front end on a 88 CRX Being on dial up at home does not help. Does it take flicker 1/2 hour to upload a photo? I just went from win 98 to vista. The only reason I got vista so I could tune a Zapco Amp in my friends 40 hot rod www.americanheliarc.com.
