Hey whats going on guys.
I am a newly user of the ae86 ( 2nd one that Ive owned)
Need parts and I have major plans for her
First is making her ready to my daily/drifter
but at the same time, somewhat pretty lol
I will post pics when I get the chance.
Also I purchased my Ae86 for only $300 and running.
minimal Rust so I cant complain lol

She runs good. I just plan on taking out the motor out and going rotary of KA.
But before I do that I would love to build this 4AGE and see what she can do.

KA is a bit heavy I think. If you're going that route have you considered sr20? it's a little lighter. Plus someone makes a mount kit for it.

I've had sr20s on my 240s and those things are rod knock kings lol.... But it's a good route. I'm heading towards the rotary world. Since my family is all about the rotary lol

Oh i thought you meant KA24. Yea, rotary's are sweet in these cars.

Just from what people are telling me. They are nice but also have issues with reliability on all KA's.
But they have torque....

I really don't have any experience with them. My buddy with sr20 s14 loves the shit out of his. Seems reliable. The KA is probably reliable too, just depends on who is taking care of it. He kept trying to talk me into a vq35 swap from the 350/370. It is a very light weight motor. Too many moving parts though. After this 7age I think I'm going to go LS1 or a similar chevy small block.

Oh nice.... Hmmmm I really do like the KA as well. I just want something reliable with power lol is that so much to ask for??? Lol
