I posted this up on Club4ag, but thought I'd post here with a link to the Group Buy. I'm still awaiting further information from the fabricator, but if you're interested put your name on the list on Club4ag so I can get an accurate number.

Okay, so the original post was on Hachiroku.net, but the thread stalled out. I'll keep the original parties that showed interest and list them with -HR, so if you put yourself on the list over there, no need to add here.

The fabricator making these did an initial run of 5 for those local to him in Canada. He said he would be willing to do another set if there is a demand for them.

in case you havnt seen my other post, they are DOM rebar, which also acts as a mount for jdm bumpers (both zenki, kouki and most aftermarket), lower protection for intercoolers/ oil coolers, and a convenient jacking point on the front.




yeah, with these no JDM mounts are necessary. saving you the 140 dollars they cost as well as reinforcing the bumper and front frame rails.

i dont have any other pics atm, the version 2 one that is pictures is on trents car.

and i have rear ones as well, but no pics at the moment. the rears are a single bar style and fully round for the corners so they wont catch if you tag wall.


If we can get 5 people committed he will make them, @ 245 a piece, and if we can get 10 committed he will do them for 225 a piece.

Keep in mind there will be a price for shipping or getting someone to pick them up.

If we can get 10 serious buyers we should have a pretty good deal.

If there is enough interest and everything goes smoothly we're going to try to put together another group buy for the rear bar at a later date to keep things from getting complicated and to ensure that funding doesn't become a problem for those that are interested in both.

very cool pieces. is that the same santos we all know and love on your list? if so, me thinks all the better of those parts.

I haven't heard word back from Chris (the guy fabricating everything), so as of now there is no difinitive deadline. Once I get word back I'll update the threads to reflect the closing date for the list and the maximum number going to be available (if there is a determined maximum bars to be made). Last I heard he was going to be busy with contracted fabrication work so I'm going to say there is still some time before he gets the free time to get everything together, so as of now the list can continue to grow until I hear otherwise.

Only fit the flip up lights huh. Id get it but I have a levin.

I would imagine it would fit Levin front bumpers as well. Chris has not indicated otherwise. Unless there is some major difference between Trueno/Levin JDM bumper brackets or the skins have very different cavity geometries, the bar should work. When comparing side profiles and where the bumpers extend forward, it looks like they're shaped the same.

We have filled the 10th spot. I'm not sure if Chris is geared up to accept more offers at the moment, but I'll let everyone know.

As of right now, there are 3 front bars still available. They can be purchased with or without front bumper moutning tabs:
