man im so cold in my 86 lol ,i had the same problem with my ac first if you have an leak the just buy the o-ring kit at your local parts store replace and put a vaccum to it if still leak put a dye shot and find out where it coming from ? and for the power problem there is a fuse on passenger kick panel and a relay with an gfi / breaker check fuse if not the braker has a hole theat a bobby pin fits and push you should here a click that should do it , just to see if your compressor kick over just get a wire and connect to the battery .

And thank you jonas and eric for your help

NO ONE NEEDS A/C!!! lol All you need to do is roll your windows down and there you go instant wind in your face. free air and it never needs to recharge. A/C just adds weight and robs power.

its a dry heat in san antonio

^^ thats the biggest joke ever! i lived in australia,(hot as f-bomb) and we didnt have a\c in the house or the cars.

then i moved to pheonix, az and you think san antonio is hot..... regular summer temps 125*.....

then here in houston. i spent the last 8 years here working outside in the sun and i dont regret it. i would rather be a little hot than freezing my ass off. keeps you in shape and plenty of vitamin D

as far as the a\c stuff goes i got a gts with all the a\c stuff and its holding the freon. i dont know if it works because the control head is smashed so if you need anything pm me. we can make a deal! i need turn signal housings!!!!!
