first gen mr2 long block

i'm looking for a long block out of a first gen mr2. i currently have a 4age out of a mr2 right now. i'm looking for another long block so i can start building it and get it ready to drop in. let me know if anyone has anything for a good price or know's anyone with one. thanks.

you dont need one from a mr2 any blue top/large port 4ag will work

ok, well then, does anyone have a long block for sell? lol. i was just going to go with the mr2 motor cause thats what i have in right now. its not the stock gt-s motor. pretty much i'm just looking for a long block to start messing with and rebuilding. i'm thinking of cam'ing it and port & polish and all the good stuff and just build a really strong motor over time and then just be able to drop it in when i'm done.

what im saying is if your current motor has tvis then its exactly the same as a mr2/gts motor they are the same motor/head and everything.

oh, i was told by the guy i got the car from that it had a mr2 4age in it. i asked what the difference was and he told me it had a little bit more power. not by much but was a little better. thats why i was looking for that type of motor.

yeah unless its a small port motor then its the same gts/mr2 but anyway I have a couple of short blocks but I cant sell them just yet if your still looking in like a month or so Ill have you covered

i called rick.... and did you know that the kouki bumpers are 300 from champion? damn expensive but the zenki are 105.

well i could probably get a long block from the junkyard which is like a hundred bucks, but the labor becomes an issue.lol

if you are willing to make the drive to houston i have a blue top long block for 100 bux it needs a rebuild i think it has a worped head it also has no intake main pully water pump backing plate or distributor but every thing else is there all internals LMK
