Installed the tranny tonight, bolted up just like a stocker-made me very happy.
Once I bolted the starter in I couldn't resist the urge to see if it would run, hasn't since last september.
I was amazed that it fired and ran very well, don't think it would've turned more than 1 revolution before it was running-a good night all around. :D

hey jonas where did you find the azcustoms guy? I emailed him and i'm waiting for a reply. Just from looking at the pictures and comparing az's to kevlars I think azcustoms adapter is the correct rotation.

Re: Adapting a W58 gearbox to your 4AG
no i've been running a t50 since the beginning but I just got a w58. I also got the adapter plate from jonas that came from kevlar. I installed it but the hole placement rotates the trans about 20 degrees to the drivers side which won't work for me.
if you look at this picture when the t50 bellhousing is bolted up the flat part with the little notch in it will be parallel to the ground which put the shifter at a retarded angle.
basically for it to sit correctly these two red lines need to be perpendicular
on another note with this trans setup there is no need for a custom drive shaft or trans tunnel work. You just need the front yoke that goes with the w58 the shafts and trannies are the same length
