Quick note: in the following images there are 5 missing components that were not installed by the previous owner who unfortunately sold this system to one of our members without disclosing that fact. The missing IMPORTANT COMPONENTS are the current limiting injector resistors R38 & R37 which are the 2 empty areas at the very top of the board. they are $9+ a piece. 2 are needed. then the 3 other missing parts are the 3 diodes that SHOULD HAVE BEEN installed behind the 3 LEDs to the left of the board that again the previous owner failed to install for reasons unknown. without them the LEDs will not work properly.

Here, on the under side of the board take note of the red and white wires running across. they are connected to a resistor required for the pull-up mod for using the stock 4AGE (VAST) type distributor. the other yellow wires also pertain to the distributor setup which more like can be shed on at the megamanual site. Enjoy.

cool stuff! you getting those itbs on your 86 or something else?

i paid for the 3.57 surfice mounted board. i will never do this again. stick with the 3.0 for future ease of replacing parts.

awesome assembly too!

I think Im going to do the new DIYPNP on mine. It basically bypasses the whole harness bit. Good Stuff!

it is quite cool but out of my own price range unfortunately. i don't mind customizing my components. especially since i eventually tuck most of my wiring.

still cool none-the-less.

My unit shipped out today, so I should have it later this week. Im hoping to get it wired up Friday and flash the base map they sent me and get it running. First, need a starter installed lol. Anyone familiar with Megatune? Im gonna read the manual front to back before I do anything.

Thats the page he emailed me with info on exactly how to wire it all up. They have a base injector map and the 440 map included in that download. Anyone bypassed their AFM with the GM Open Element IAT? Looks super easy and would probably work better. :o

i would use the gm unit and 86 that afm if i was u. its a 3\8th npt threads on the sensor and i just drilled and tapped my intake on the bottom where no one would see. :P

if you familiar with tuning then its pretty simple. with no base map i could have my car running and idle tuned in about 15 mins.

the f4 button is your best freind
