digi cam mount on a budget

i mentioned this in another thread. here it is.

got a cheap tripod from wal-mart.

my clock didn't have the front part on when i got it. you can leave the clock in, it still works.

take (2) two tips off the legs.

and mount them one in each hole on the dash and the third leg on the vent.

also mounted on the door. mirror hole.

i did somewhere on here. i can't seem to find it. i took a drive down westlake drive here in austin and filmed the drive. i looked for it in media and couldn't find it.

mine just took a crap on me. we tried to wrap it to tight around stuff and the rubber closest to the top ripped and now just flops around.

I like this thread. I am very interested in different ways to film or take photos of cars. I, myself has a GoPro camera and I love the mounting cup it comes with. I know its not cheep but very worth it in my opinion.
