Ok sorry if this is in the spot but dose any body know why the 4ac have to temp sensors I know yellow an green wire is the dash temp Gage an that the sensor on the head. But wats the sensor on the upper coolant neck the red an white wire for? It can't be a fan switch cause it has a fan clutch so I'm stumped any answers?

Its for the oem carb, electric choke pull back I believe.

There's something in the FSM called an "O/D thermo switch" & "water thermo switch". It's got two names in the electrical diagrams. Did your car ever have cruise control and/or a 4ac?

Yeah when I got my car it was. An automatic 4ac with cruise control an I did a 5 speed swap an cruise delete

I believe one is for the emissions ecu stuff the other is for the gauge in the cluster
