Ok im hearing mixed things about this. Cause I am on toyotanation as well and got the same answer from everyone but 2 people. So I know some of you have suspension answers. and I got a few questions....
1. If i buy new OEM shocks and struts and decided to put lowering springs on them will I get the FULL DROP I WANT?
cause people are telling me no that it will only lower it 1 inch.
2. If I do lower the car and see that its not that low will I bo ok to just chop off a 1 spring and still retain good suspension?
3. Has anyone ever used Eibach springs on there ride?
Lowering springs.
if you use stock struts you lose suspension travel every inch lower you go. So the lower you go the worse it like handle/work. if you do a cut and weld on the strut casing you can go as low as you want and get good working suspension as well

i'm running agx's and shortened casings and i would recommend it to anyone... not that expensive and it works

JDM AE86/AE92
yea but its going on my AE92 and not my 86. Not sure if its the same combo like the cut and weld method. If it is then I will do it. But its either spend money and do it the right way (coilovers) or do it my way and get the AGX and coilover conversion. Im working with 500.00 here. Can anyone help me out? I may be able to do 600 not sure yet.
