Anyone have experience with these? Can i take defensive driving/be on deferred judification to get this to stay off my record?

Or does anyone know a lawyer who will be able to keep this off my record?

Ticket was in Garland if that helps. Im willing to pay for the ticket, i just dont want it to go on my record...

Yeah, its a "civil infraction" just a $75 fine.. no way to contest or put it away.. but it doesnt go on you record.. so in the end Defensive driving would cost more =).

If your a responsible human, you would take the camera pole down by chaining it up to your dually and done, no more tickets from that intersection. red light cams are a scam to make money for the county. theyre already talking about taking them down. its a third party company thats putting them up, and collecting the money. BS
