I cant say what, or how they are built.

so.... I burned my toast on a 60watt medical YAG laser today.
I was supposed to ship it, but I woke up too late, so i had to improvise for the day.
notice the crazy glasses, thats so I don't burn my eyes out

WOW That's look like the Impulse voltage generator to me. The thing that use to test the break down point for the insulator cup at high voltage transmission line.
I used to built one for the final project when I was in school.
