Yes boi. That is correct. Hayashi Racing has launched their USA site! I already checked it out. Looks like the technophantoms, hayashi streets, and cherry blossom sakuras can be ordered!

nevermind, according to their facbeook page, the sakura's and techno's are discontinued, so they'll sell whatever they have in stock.
but the hayashi streets are still in production.
