Looking Around

Post by ESKAY »

Hey guys, hardly any cars to find for cheap, and one of the ones I keep an eye out for are SC300's. I found this: http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/cto/2487031855.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
so should I go for it or what?
Thanks for feedback!

Just asked the guy if he has the oem rims, he said no, and he's selling it as is. Then I asked if there's any problem's and how the ride is with the 20's on it, I think I made him mad lol! XD He said: Let's just say it drives like a lexus, tight suspension and power. If I get this, I better get my ass ready for some super sh!t ride quality! Esepecially on this one street: West Avenue, god the whole street is crumbled road, pot holes, and bad fills.

I decided not to, I don't want to blow any money on it, and have it be depressingly bad at handling, because I know it is, I'd rather wait for a good 86.

I kinda want to stay true to the 86's humble 4 cyl, it weighs nothing, and doesn't use Premium, unlike the 1UZ-FE. Plus, I don't want the legenedary handling to turn into catastrophic understeer. >.>

With the torque at hand, understeer isn't a real concern ;)
