Rear Water outlet (cylinder head)

Has anyone run an ae92 rear water outlet on their ae86? I know there's a difference between the two, but I'm concerned about which rear water outlets are good to run in RWD format and which one's aren't. I have an mr2 rear water outlet that i know won't work, and I've heard the 4agze rear outlet will hit the firewall as well, so are mr2 4age engines the only ones that have the style that exits to the rear rather than to the side? Or did any of the ae92 big/small port engines come with this as well.

I'm thinking about ordering a rear water outlet for a 91 corolla GTS from toyota since they still stock it, but I want to make sure it's not the rear facing outlet that they stock...
