Sorry it's like when I mess with my 20v I'm afraid to pull it apart should I feel like that? Do I have wrong impression on it ? It seems like it's hard to get parts for it ? So Sam Q I guess I just use some Toyota silicone?

Since this is in the 20v section; one more thing to note is that the 20v pans are not the same as the 16v pans. Pan bolt patterns are different where the 20v has a single notch on the passenger side towards the rear of the block IIRC. If it's not on the passenger side then your only option is the driver side :P. Either way, they're different. The 16v pan bolt pattern is just rectangular w/ no notch. Just a simple parallelogram.

Ok what about the front crank seal do I use silicone because I can see a gasket on it.. On both the 16v and that 20v ?

Front & Rear main/crank oil seal are interchangeable between the 16v & 20v.
