turbo 4ac

Post by B.Lane 88. »

Has anyone ever built a turbo 4ac im just wondering because I just got an sr5 and I have a t25 turbo just setting around. I think that it might really wake that little motor up what about you guys? If I were to do this It would be a long way off but I was just wondering if it had been done. I have also been reading that the t50 trans is weak so I was thinking do a ca18det swap from 180sx trans and all. Has anyone done that does the motor fit or is it to large just wondering.

After looking at the turbo on that car and reading it for a while it looks like it goes from the header makes a u to a up pipe and comes up on the driver side so that being the case would it help to have a performance header im just wondering if it would spool faster if it did?
