MS1 to MS2: now car won't run

It's stopped since upgraded to Megasquirt from MS1 to MS2-extra didn't manage to start... have a conflict somewhere.

but now wont start, I'm lost, all sensors working, tach, etc. Car was runnig fine with MS1-extra.

Why are you using two igniters Isac?

Also, are you able to go back to the MS1-extra box and it start up or are you at the point of no return when upgrading to MS2?

If you are able to plug the car back up to the MS1 unit and it starts then you know it's the MS2 unit but if it still doesn't start then it's in what ever wiring changes you made.

Also, when you say it won't start: does that mean the start won't turn over the motor or the start works but there's no spark or fuel or both?
