When speaking in this thread, I am speaking about traditional cams for the 4AGE DOHC 16V 1.6 and the Tri Flow cams we have tested. The testing I have done with both styles of cams (traditional and Tri Flow) has led me to make certain claims, that I can back up with verifiable data.
Are you speaking relative to the 4AGE engine? What cam did you put in said 4AGE that made gains from 700 to 7000 rpm? Can you provide in depth dyno charts with test data?

it's not funny and is actually true. so did you ever dyno your car prior to the cam and then after installing the cam? let's see actual dyno runs and numbers rather than butt gauge claims.

A engine is a engine in my books. I feel that the Tri Flow cams are a great idea and a very good alternative to "normal" aftermarket camshafts. I have faith that Mike has done far more reasearch than any of us can even begin to think about and I trust what he has to say.
Lets keep this on topic with 4AG/4AGE Tri Flow Camshafts. I have made a seperate thread if you want to continue to voice your opinions about the 4AC.

actually, if i'm not mistaken, from my past discussions w/ Geoff, those numbers maybe "@.050". again, i've had many discussions w/ Geoff and i believe we had this specific one as well. i'll see if i can also find that email from a while back that should have that information pertaining to this.

Yes, these are advertised durations, because this is what most people ask for. To answer your question... What is duration at 50?
Tri Flow Intake Cam Primary is 229deg at 50
Tri Flow Intake Cam Secondary is 223deg at 50

These cams would be great for a GZE or a turbo GE/GZE. Unfortunately I can not commit more $$$$ to R&D and testing, unless we see some real demand and support from the community.
Maybe if a few people place orders with us we can raise a few bucks to help pay for more dyno testing with the NST AE86! Will's 86 has a turbo 4AG.

but thats not a GZE set up =)
I know its sucks but these cams are not cheap and some times you just got to spend the money show what they can do
