As I was watching alot of the best motoring DVD's I frequently heard the phrase....."Orido-san keeps pressing the scramble boost to catch up...But if he pushes it to much orido-san will not have a engine anymore". With that being said can someone explaine what a scramble boost button is and what it does please.

supposedly it lets the motor boost to whatever it wants for short bursts usually on the start of races

so its bypasses the boost setting to let you go past it? kinda like hitting nittro on games. lol.

So its more like there is no boost setting or protection? So after you push that button the turbo just spools up giving you a short advantage , so meaning if your car was set to only 10 pounds of boost it will exceed that?

i guess it just opens the actuator arm all the way and allows whatever boost the turbo can allow
