but alldata word to word specs on the head ... hopefully it helps...

cylinder head-cylinder block side warpage-limit- 0.05mm-0.0020in
mainifold side warpage-Intake-limit0.05mm-0.0020in
Exhaust-limit-0.10mm-0.0039in
hope that helps if not sorry i tried lol...thats what all data gives... not vary specific if thats for milling or if thats how much your aloud to have when you straight edge it lol...

i hoping the best for your interview alan.

i just came in from checking on both heads: no go. head #1 - exhaust buckets are seized up in it. head #2 - exhaust side front cam journal is damaged.

man, i'd take mark up on his offer if you've run out of options.

i will if i have to.

i might see about milling mine down if it isnt cracked anywhere. i plan on pulling my forged bottom end out of my ae101 if i can verify that my ae86 rings are still good.

i had to pull the megasquirt back out yesterday and i dont know if i can get it to run on the 101 right so im sending it back to diyautotune and having them redo the board for the 5v square wave from the 4age ignitor instead of running the 36-1 trigger wheel.

mark, p.m. me what you want for that head. ill see if i cant talk my wife into letting me have the cash.

it might be cheaper just to stay in town and have urs milled if it isnt crack instead of paying the gas to drive to sa just thought but very cool of you mark to give us the option :)
