this piece on the intake mani two of them blocked off if i remember they went to the egr that was removed but the last one the plastic piece broke into the hose it connects too im not sure if i can block off the broken piece and use another end

does anyone else know?

It's just a vacuum port splitter. So yes, you can plug off (I'd use epoxy) the broken side and use the other two outlets.

One for EGR, one to the FPR and the last either went to cruise control (if zenki) or was capped off.
