A/C Squeal

Hey guys, I don't use it much, hardly at all for that matter, but sometimes when I turn it on for my passengers sake, this really loud squeal emanates from the belt or something. Any ideas on how I can fix this or make it shut up? With the windows closed it sounds like the whistle of a turbo, but with them down, it sounds like some awful screech.

Tighten the belt or replace it.

Tight as can be, belt is in good shape.
