not getting fuel

the engine is turning over but im not getting any fuel at all. dont know if i have it hooked up right. i know the fuel pump is fairly new. i dont know if i have it hooked up right though. do i hook the fuel pump solenoid up to the 22-24pin ecu that says FPU which is fuel pressure up or does it go to somewhere else. the engine is off of a US 89 mr2.

What exactly is your setup e.g. sr5 conversion to gts, gts with a "new" motor, etc...?

Its a gts with a 4agze swap. I think i know whats the problem. Took the fuel sensor off to look into tank and i have a lot of rust build up. Think the pump is shot so imma drop the tank tomorrow and go from there.
