Make sure the banjo bolts are tight and you're crush washers are present.

A friend of mine with a ka had a leaky upper injector O-ring.
As for you.... check your fuel filter, it could be rusted along with the lines...

i know, i'm a dictator only because i need you guys alive to dictate to so more for later.
cb, i wish i had some time to spare and help w/ your car but unfortunately, i'm always booked w/ my cars, family time, the band, work...etc...
pull a St. Nick on the car:
make a list
check everything twice
then you'll find out the naughty and the nice about the car
just to re-iterate, the injector gaskets definitely need to all be there. just get a new set and change out all the gaskets pertaining to your fuel delivery. that way there's no question. then move onto the injectors: have them tested or test them your self in a way that you know they are flowing equally. i recommend just replacing the injectors w/ new ones i.e. rc engineering injectors, new oem injectors, msd, whatever so there's no question about those as well. as old as the car is, injectors aren't meant to last forever. if the car/engine has seen at least 125000 miles, i'd change the injectors.
