gauge cluster

on my sr5, the gauge cluster is non functional except for the speedo of coarse. ive checked all the grounds (that i know of) fuses, wires, relays, etc. i cant find the problem. 
i ve even purchased another gauge cluster and still nothing! hope somebody can help!
the weird thing is even the defrost, heater, reverse lights went out at the same time!
