keihin fcr 39mm on 4age

Came across a set of keihin fcr but they are 39mm. Now I heard that they can be honed out to 41-42mm. Can anyone tell me if this is true. Tried looking online but cant find anything but a few people saying it can be done but to facts of it actually being done. Just people talking or saying to do it

39mm is more than big enough for a stock 4AG. 40 to 41 is for more aggressive heads with big cams. I understand 20v have ITBs equivalent to 40 to 42 but they're also running an extra valve per chamber with VVT to take advantage of those throttle bodies.
