no.... just use a big washer to compress the header

no drilling or tapping, and even if you had to do something like that why would you do that to the block. the headers bolt up to the head... :roll:

Actually a company in CA used to sell this kind of part I'm not sure if that company still in business. I forgot the name. Adrenalineracing?
