Re: Official Bored at work thread
I tried to stay away from that in school. It wasn't too hard, but I was going for a Design Architecture degree. I just did about 90% of everything my hand. I just didn't do things as fast as others. I'm still good at AutoCAD, Revit, and some other programs. Right now I'm trying to teach myself Inventor. I tried learning Solid Works, but after using Autodesk programs for years, I couldn't adjust to the change in user interface. I gave it a week and then downloaded Inventor. I'm picking it up at a quicker pace.CBR_TOY wrote:failing.... seriously though i'm here for drafting/cad stuff
Just hang in there. Don't burn yourself out though. What are you planning on doing job-wise when you're done?

it's quite possible you're driving a car older than some of your teachers :DJDMwhiteboy wrote:I just want to say Thank you 86garage for getting me through my school day

Someone didn't like the big zip ties I put on their driveshaft at work and came back to kill some time AND a few office supplies.
