B33R N3RD'5

Post by JDMwhiteboy »

I havent found one yet so I am starting a Beer thread for us beer nerds out there. Like right now my beer of choice to relax with is a Wells Banana Bread beer. I really like it, right from the start the smell is of fresh banana bread like its sitting on the counter. The first sip you feel the texture of the dark malt it is but then it clears up with the banana taste. For a dark beer i find it easy to drink.

This is my fridge now :D

I'm not a big fan of IPAs but I dig the Raging Bitch by Flying Dog Brewery out of Maryland:

Belgium Ales are yummy as well. Here are a couple I enjoy:

Belgium Ales are good but I have to be in the mood for them or at least they are down the list for drinks that night. Cant start off with them. To start my night or if i really like to chill a pale ale is my choice, like a sapporo.

Bud light is a good social ice breaker. It's fun for just leisurely drinking and more interesting (not as good for you obviously) to sip on than water.

I'm a long time fan of Guinness in all of its forms but I just haven't acquired a taste for Bass.
