Are you trying to make a kit for spring preload that still has height adjustment?

i think you do ;)


the tricky part for me would be the threading of the collars and the perches. but then again, i have very little to no experience in CAD and CNC work.

my suspension is working alright... i just like the dual ride height plus full stroke of the shock

also, i would probably find a nice set of perches and just thread the bodies accordingly
