195 65 14's. on all corners. its true for me that im not used to it but my little brother has had quite the practice in the last year or so and brad the dude with the maroon coupe in this video below spun most of the time too. this is the only reason im thinking it might be an issue with the car. otherwise i would chalk it up to lack of experiance.

just from looking at the vid and from when I started driving it looks to me like your not initiating hard enough. With a stock setup you have to get the car from straight to sideways very abruptly or it will tend to under steer and when it finally breaks rear traction you will have to much speed causing it to spin instantly

thanks for the input will its greatly appreciated, the first turn area was really ruff and had a bunch of pothole like dips right as you turned in so i tried not to initiate till half way round under my little brothers request. i will be at the next nst event and at the blimpbase event also if you had time i would appreciate some pointers.

to help with that, you can go in fast and break to shift the weight.nt66 wrote:just from looking at the vid and from when I started driving it looks to me like your not initiating hard enough. i was getting the rear to come out by a little weight transfer and some shiftlocking\clutch kicking depending on the mood i was in. i dunno. maybe i wasnt geting enough angle but it seem once the slide began i had very little controll over what was going to happen. the only controll i felt like i had was if i let the wheel return to centre to quickly it would pull out of the slide and start oversteering. or try to hold the drift and modulate the throttle to controll angle but it wouldnt it would just spin.
