well, it's only one individual artist's rendering based on little information. toyobaru can either capitalize on ford/dodge's success in re-vamping a vintage body line for modern day eye-candy OR try a redesign w/ a slight nod to the one and only original AE86 chassis style. it's too bad that only one chassis is hinted at being available not a hatch or coupe option. just one or the other.
i'm anxious myself for the finalized body styling or close to it.
it would be great to see a higher powered, readily upgradeable modern day resurrection of it.

it does look too modern. but it is a concept and it rarely ends up looking like the concept. and since it is rear wheel drive then it should have some sort of a following. if toyota doesnt see it that way and this chasis gets no profesional track time then there would be no reason for trd to support performance parts. but what are the odds of this car not being raced
