Usually if you're going to post a video from a website(vimeo, youtube, etc.) there will be an embed code.....
Youtube use [youtube].... embed code here ....[/youtube]
Vimeo use [vimeo].... embed code here ....[/vimeo]
no one wants to click a link and wait for another window/tab to pop up.....
