Post by mooreofit »

i spun every turn of the day except the second turn in this video.... if i tried to countersteer any sooner it would pull strait out of the drift and start understeering like in turn 2. if i tried to maintain it i would just spin. :? :x i was hoping to get some pointers from the pros.

adding an adj lat bar will make a big diff in the way the car reacts. it gets rid of alot of the side to side slop that keeps you from getting the rear end out, and the rebound that causes you to spin out. add a 4-link also and it makes a big diff in the way the car feels and reacts to your inputs.

oh, and are you using a the stock seatbelt or a harness? moving around alot in the seat can affect your driving as well.

thanks guys for you advice its greatly appreciated. theres no doubt that i need more practice. but theres no real places to go around our house where i can get up the speed to do fast sweepers. low speed stuf i can do alright on but the high speed stuff is what gets me.

the allignment is probably all sorts of off we havnt checked it since he got it.
good news is i have have an allignment rack at work. bad news is it wont go up the ramps without scraping the crimprail.
