ha ha ha..... i know what that's like. i have a buddy who types in google the sites he wants to go to instead of just typing it in the url space
also, i never understood the whole quotes thing

Google will search for the exact phrase(s)/word(s) that are in quotes and not include random forms of the word(s) in the results.
