That doesn't look like any normal road traffic in the states and with an asian looking guy in the camera car it must be somewhere in the orient excluding Japan. The guy wasn't even wearing his seat belt. You can see it swaying behind his FACTORY seat as he made the high speed right turns at "poor suspension" slow speed.

I don't promote street racing, but........... That seem cruising to me! It almost looks like back at home. Narrow street, plp around every where, and a couple of guys enjoying a nice day to go and have a cruise. If any body that has been to lime creek and wants to say that there street racing. Than what do you call , goin down lime creek? Let's not be hypocritical plp!!!

Lime creek can be quite hairy man. Quite hairy. Those guys were skipping along on a highway compared to limecreek.
